Every time I crave for some inspiration all I have to do is turn to nature and return thoroughly intoxicated. Time to time, soaking in the marvels of nature, like soaking in a tub of Epsom salt bath (heard a lot about it), has a therapeutic effect on my mind and body. I love to meditate sitting in the middle of a dense forest while drinking up the musical sounds coming from the rustling leaves, buzzing bees, cicadas, frogs, you get the drift? My recent trip was to gorgeous Western Ghats, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, rich in bio-diversity and hometown of my favorite snake, Malabar pit viper.
I spent a lot of time amidst tall trees admiring the intricate designs and colours of nature and captured a small part of the beauty I experienced.
