Every time I need some inspiration, all I have to do is turn to nature and return thoroughly intoxicated. Time to time, soaking in the marvels of nature, like waking up after a restful sleep, has a therapeutic effect on my mind and body. I love to meditate sitting in the middle of a dense forest while drinking up the musical sounds. Rustling leaves, buzzing bees, chirping cicadas, the pitter-patter of the raindrops, croaking frogs and the list goes on. My recent trip was to the gorgeous Western Ghats, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with rich biodiversity and hometown of my favourite snake, Malabar pit viper.
I spent a lot of time amidst tall trees admiring the intricate designs and colours of nature and captured a small part of the beauty I enjoyed.
