About me

Equestrian and wildlife enthusiast with a wanderlusting heart, that’s me.

I’m high on life and coconut water and nothing else, much to my parents’ relief.

Ever since I was little I was a wildlife enthusiast, so much so that I even reared chicks of a chicken under my bed for half a day, then they cheeped like crazy, and my parents found out. When my parents discovered my love for snakes and horses, they realised that they should have just let me rear chicks under my bed.

Although I believe in world peace through nonviolent means, I have been bitten by a monkey, snake, tortoise, swan, wasp, dog, sandflies, leeches, ticks, whacked by a crocodile, head-butted by a sheep, bitten by and bucked off (several times) a horse.

Globe trotted solo while literally getting lost and finding myself anew. You can read one such story here.

I’m passionate about horses, horse riding, writing, photography, herpetology, and trekking in the mighty Himalayas.

Some of my work appeared in The Hindu,  Saevus and other online magazines.

I’m also an information security professional. “Saving the world from security threats” is part of my professional agenda.
